To permit the property to be used as a site for a 26 unit 3 storey
apartment building, the property 1s located at 2271/91 Welcher Avenue.

The following person spoke regarding the proposed zoning text amendment.

Dawson Raincox, 2227 Kelly Avenue, Port Coquitlam expressed opposition to
the growth of multi-family development in this area.

Kai Kreuchen, of T. Hale Architects was in attendance should anyone have

questions regarding the building site and structure.

The meeting adjourned at 7:40 p.m.
