A Bylaw to amend the “Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987,

The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitiam, eo
open meeting assembled, enacts aa follows:

1. That certain parcel of land situated in Port Coquitlan, British Columbla
which is more particularly described as:

Lot 89,

District Lot 4,

Township 39,

Plan 33968,

New Westminster District;

ts hereby rezoned from RS-1 (Large Lot Residential) ta C~2 (Neighbourhood
Comercial) and the Zoning Map of the “pert Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987,
Mo. 2240" ia hereby amended to reflect this rezoning.

“tis Bylaw may be cited for all purposes as “Port Coquitian Zoning Bylaw,
1987, No. 2240, Amendment Bylaw, 1991, No. 2573".

Read a first time by the Municipal Council this 4th day of March, 1992.
Read a second time by the Municipal Council this Ath day of March, 1991...

Public Hearing held this 25th day of March, 1991.
