DISCUSSION:

The above described variances were required to allow the applicant to
maximize the view corridors benefitting neighbours to the north. The totai
number of units is well within the allowable density,

Since Council has discussed the above relaxations as part of the
rezoning process, the Planning Department does not oppose this application.
