Whereas the appointment of Mr. J. Jonsson as a Council member on the City
of Port Coquitlam Board of Variance has expired:

That Mr. J. Jonsson, 1221 Pitt River Road, Port Coquitlam, B.C., be hereby
reappointed as a Council member on the City of Port Coquitlam Board of
Variance for a term of three years commencing November ist, 1989.

Proposal for Developing a Recycling Program for the City.
