executors, administrators, successors and assigns of such party and this
Agreement shall enure to the benefit of and be binding upon the parties
hereto.

7. This Agreement is and shall be of the same force and effect to all
intents and purposes as a covenant running with the land and withouc
limiting the generality of the foregoing this Agreement shall extend to
and be binding upon each and every of those persons having legal and
equitable interest in any relevant parcel of the said Lands. For greater
certainty, the obligations created by this Covenant shall be obligations
of the owner of the said lands from time to time and no owner shall be
liable in respect of any matter arising after he has ceased to be an owner
of the said lands.
