AND WHEREAS a program under the said Federal-Provincial Agreement

Provides for the improvement of flood contro} work within the boundaries of

the Local Authority;

AND WHEREAS plans for the first phase of a program of improvement
to exidting and the construction of new flacd control work in the City of
ae : Port Coquitlam have been provided to the Local Authority pursuant to the

AND WHEREAS the Local Authority has accepted the plans for first

AND WHEREAS the total estimated cost of the first phase of the
