7. After the expiry of the time specified in Sections 2 and 4 hereof the

Treasurer shall continue to pay the same equal monthly installments to the

Person or persons entitled to receive the same as was being paid under the
. authority of Sections 2 and 4 hereof until the Council shall otherwise

provide; and, upon such Provision being made the amount or amounts paid shall
be adjusted accordingly.

8. In the .vent any member of Council is absent for more than three

consecutive regular Council meetings the indemnity that would otherwise be due
that member shall not be paid to that member. ‘The provisions of this Section
may be waived by unanimous vote of the remaining members of Council

9. This Bylaw may be cited for all purposes as the "Council Indemnity
(1988 and 1989) Bylaw, 1988 No. 2341".
