That Lots 2-6, inclusive, Block 3, District Lot 290, Group One, Plan 1957, New Westminster District, (located on the Southside of the 2300 Block of Lobb Avenue) be sold by tender if a bid acceptable to Counci! is received. The City Clerk is hereby instructed and authorized to publish anc post the "Real Property for Sale By Tender" notice appearing in the Agenda documents of this Council meeting; The terms and conditions contained therein are hereby approved; The City Clerk carry out the procedures set out therein.
