From the City Clerk, August 17th, 1987 regarding Sale of City
Property - 2300 Block Lobb Avenue.

Moved by Alderman Laking;:
Seconded by Alderman Kery luk:

WHEREAS the lands hereinafter described are not required for
municipal purposes nor are they reserved or dedicated;

NOW THEREFORE be it resolved that:

1. That Lots 2-6, inclusive, Block 3, District Lot 290, Group One, Plan
1957, New Westminster District, (located on the Southside of the 2300
Block of Lobb Avenue) be sold by tender if a bid acceptable to
Counci! is received.

The City Clerk is hereby instructed and authorized to publish anc
post the "Real Property for Sale By Tender" notice appearing in the
Agenda documents of this Council meeting;

The terms and conditions contained therein are hereby
approved;

The City Clerk carry out the procedures set out therein.
Council reserves the right to accept any bid or to reject all of the
bids if Counci! in its absolute discretion determines that rejection
is appropriate.

City Hall Property.

That the subdivision plan of Lots 35 and 36, Block 2, Plan 1215 and
of Parcels "A" and "B", (Reference Plan 74294), Plan 1215 and of Parcel
"cu, (Reference Plan 74294), Plan 16910, District Lot 379, Group 1, New
Westminster District prepared by Robert M. Reese, B.C.L.S., and dated the
10th day of March, 1987 wherein the property aforesaid is combined to
form a Lot "A" with an area of 0.2272 ha (24,456 sq. ft.) be and the same

is hereby approved;
