BYLAW NO. 2270

A Bylaw to provide for the adoption
of @ capital expenditure programme,

WHEREAS Section 266 of the "Municipal Act" being Chapter 290 of the Revised
Statutes of British Columbia, 1979, requires that on or before the 15th day of
May in each year the Counci! shall cause to be prepared and adopt by bylaw a
capital expenditure Drogramme for a period of not !ess than 5 years, showing
estimates of the proposed source and application of funds for capital purposes

for each year of the programme;

NOW THEREFORE the Municipal Council! of The Corporation of the City of Port
Coquitlam, in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows:

schedule "A" to this Bylaw shall! be the capital expenditure programme of The
Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam for the years ‘1987, 1988, 1989, 1990,

1991, 1992, 1993, 1994, 1995, and 1996.

The general expenditure programme contained in Schedule "AN shall remain in force
and effect until a new capital expenditure programme is adopted in the year 1988.

This Bylaw may be cited for al! purposes as the "Capital Expenditure Programme
Bylaw, 1987, No. 2270",
