Zoning Amendment Bylaw No. 2163, considered at a Zoning Public Hearing held earlier this evening, Is available for third reading. Council policy requires the Clerk to bring the availability of this bylaw for third reading to the attention of the Counci! at this time. The Counci| may now decide whether it wishes- to give third reading immediately or delay it until the next meeting so that any representations made at the Hearing can’be fully considered. In order to preserve the Judicial nature of the procedure by which Counci | gives consideration to requests for rezoning it is not possible for further representations from the appiicant or the public to be received now that the Public Hearing has been adjourned.
