June 25th, 1984 /98

A regular meeting of the Municipal Council of The Corporation of
the City of Port Coquitiam was held in the Counci! Chamber, Port
Coquitlam City Hall on Monday, June 25th, 1984 at 7:30 p.m.

His Worship Mayor L.M. Traboulay, Aldermen M.C,. Farnworth, M.D.
Gates, J.J. Keryluk, G.R. Laking, W.W. Stewart and M.R. Wright in
attendance,

Also in attendance were City Administrator B.R. Kirk, City
Engineer F.E. Peters, P. Eng., City Treasurer J. Maitland, Director of
Community Planning W. Brown and Recording Secretary Mrs. D. Vyse.

SPECIAL PRESENTATION:

His Worship Mayor L.M. Traboulay Introduced Mr. Peter A. Crossley,
Centre Manager, Westwood Claim Centre, Insurance Corportion of British
Columbia who then presented Ms. Jane Caroline MI/|s with the Living

Proof Award.

That the minutes of the Regular Counci! Meeting held on June 11th,
1984 and the Special Council | Meeting held on June 15th, 1984, be taken

as read and adopted.

His Worship Mayor L.M. Traboulay introduced Mr. Alan Grist, Port
Coquitiam Hunting & Fishing Club who then made a presentation to
Counc! |! regarding the Salmonid Enhancement Program and presented
Alderman M.Q. Gates with a certificate for his help on behalf of the
City with the program.
