COUNC | SEP 26 1999 THE CORPORATION OF THE CITY OF PORT’ COQUITLAM BYLAW NO. 1996 A Bylaw to stop up and ciose to traffic a portion of Road and Lane Shown dedicated on Plan 2416 of Section 17, Block 6 North, Range 1 East, New Westminster District, in the City of Port Coquitlam. WHEREAS pursuant to Clause (b) of Subsection (1) of Section 57B of the "Municipal Act", being Chapter 290 of the Revised Statutes of British Columbia, 1979, the Municipal Council may by bylaw stop up and close to traffic a highway or any portion of a highway; AND WHEREAS the Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitiam deems ft desirable and expedient that certain portions of highway hereinafter described be. stopped up and closed to tratfic; NOW THEREFORE the Municipa! Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitiam, in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows: All that. portion of Road and Lane shown dedicated on Plan 2416 of Section 17, Block 6 North, Range | East, New Westminster District, having an area of 0.3163 hectares shown within the black outiine on a reference plan certified by Robert M. Reese, British Columbia Land Surveyor dated the I2th day of September 1983, a copy of which is attached hereto, is hereby stopped up and ciosed to traffic.
