and shall be d@éemed to have been given if hand delivered upon receipt
by the addressee, or if mailed, on the second postal delivery date
following the date of mailing. Any termination or withdrawal shail
not affect the liability or obligation existing hereunder on the
effective date of such termination or withdrawal.

7.0 The Corporation may request in writting that an operating
account ‘be added to or deleted from Part I of Schedule A and the pro-

visions of this Agreement shall commence or cease to apply to. such oper-
ating account, as the case may be, upon a date agreeable to the Bank and

the Company.
