PERMIT FEES

‘1. .Schedule of Building Permit Fees

(a) Value of Construction Permit Fee Payable

999.00 or less

1,000.00 plus 2.00 per 1,000.00 value
on next 9,000.00 of value

10,000.00 . plus 3.50 per 1,000.00 value
on next 90,000.00 of value

100,000.00 plus 2.00 per 1,000.00 value
on all over 100,000.00 of value

In. addition to the fees provided in clause (a) hereof the
following fees shall also be payable to assist in defraying the
cost of microfilming of plans:

For residential alterations under $5,000.00 $ 2.00

For single family residential construction

(iii) For all other types of construction $10.00

To construct, alter or repair a masonry. chimney a permit fee of

$10.00 shall be payable and for the purposes of this clause "chimney"

shall mean a single flue masonry chimney or a fireplace or fireplace

with a masonry flued chimney.

2. Schedule of Plumbing Permit Fees

(a) The fees hereinafter specified shall be payable to the City of
Port Coquitlam upon application for a permit, by any applicant, to

install, alter, or repair any plumbing:
