That that part of District Lot 380, Group One, Plan 2392, outlined
in red on Plan 54355, New Westminster District, be sold to Melvin R.
Yake and Loretta A. Yake, 3321 Hastings Street, Port Coquitlam, B. C. at
or for the price or sum of $2,064.00;

AND THAT His Worship the Mayor and City Clerk be authorized to
execute the necessary deeds or other documents therefore and affix the
City Seal thereto.

From the City Clerk, April 26th, 1978 advising of Mayor Campbell's
suggestion that Council give consideration to its meeting schedule for
the Spring and Summer months.

That the Council revert to its former practice of meeting at
7:30 p.m. every Monday night (except Statutory Holidays) during the
months of May and June, 1978.

Aldermen Keryluk and Traboulay voted against the resolxton.

From the City Clerk, May lst, 1978 advising that Mr. Hans Schinz is
unable to complete his appointment as the City's representative to the
Eagle Ridge Hospital and Health Care Centre and that Mr. Bert Smith has
agreed to act in his place for the balance of 1972.

That the appointment of Mr. Hans Schinz, 1716 Mary Hill Road, Port
Coquitlam, B. C. as Port Coquitlam representative to the Eagle Ridge
Hospital and Health Care Centre Board of Trustees be terminated effective
May lst, 1978;

AND THAT Mr. Albert Ivor Smith, #306 - 2581 Bury Street, Port
Coquitlam, B. C. be and he is hereby appointed rt Coquitlam representative
to the Eagle Ridge Hospital and Health Care Board of Trustees for the
balance of 1978.
