A By-law to ‘provide for the exemption from taxation of coll 31,61 1972
and inprovenents ewned by the Port Coquitlam Senior Citizens’ Housing society.

WHEREAS the title to Lot 110, District Lot 289, Group Ona, Plan 40622,
New Westminster District, is registered in the name of the Pert Coquitlam
Senior Citizens’ llousing Society;

AND WIFREAS the said land and improvements is operated as an institution
licensed under the Comnunity Care Facilities Licensing Act;

AND WHEREAS it is desired to exempt the said land and improvements
from taxation to the extent set out herein;

NOW THEREFORE the “Municipal Counc41 of The Corporation of the City of

Port Coquitlam, in open meeting assenbied, anacts as follows:

2. The land and improvements know as Lot 110, District Lot 289, Group
One, Plan 40622, Now Weatminater District, operated by tha Port Coquitlam
Senior Citizens’ Housing Society as an institution licensed under the Community
Care Facilitias Licensing Act is hereby declared to be oxenpt from taxation to ;
’ the extent provided in Section 328 of the Municipal Act for the year 1973.
2. The Assessor of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam shall
make the necessary entries in the 1973 Assesnment Roll of the City to give
effect to the terms of this By-law.
3. This By-law may be cited for all purposes as the “Lot 120, Districe Lot
269, Plan 40622 Port Coquitlam Senior Citizens’ Housing Society Exemption from
Taxation By-law, 1972, to. 1207". — |
