use.

Area, shape and dimensions: Approximately as shown on
the draft plan of subdivision
which is annexed hereto and
forms part of this Schedule,

Highways:

The Developer covenants and agrees to dedicate land
for public highways, where required by the Municipality as
shown on the draft plan of subdivision hereinbefore referred to.

Park Lands:
' The Developer further covenants and agrees te convey

to the Municipality free and clear of all encumbrances thereon,

for use as a public Park and playground that approximately

6 acre portion of the land shown Marked “park" on the draft

plan of overall subdivision hereinbefore referred to.

Rights-of-wa

The Developer covenants and agrees to grant to the
Municipality, in the form of instrument requiree by the Muni-
cipality, rights-of-way for use by the Municipality over those
portions of the land shown on the Right-of-Way Plan which is
annexed hereto and which forms Part of this Schedule.

Approval and Development of Proposed
Subdivision of the land:

It is understood and agreed that the subdivision and
development of the land will be carried out in four phases in
conformity with the provisions of Section 2 of this Land Use
Contract and approximately as shown outlined with red colour
on the plan of proposed subdivision which is attached to and
forms part of this Schedule.
