WHEREAS certain works of Local Improvement have been constructed
in the City and it is intended to impose a frontage-tax upon the parcels
of land benefiting or abutting the work under authority of the following
Local Improvement Assessment By-laws:

"Inverness Street Pavement, Extruded Concrete Curb, and Storm

Sewer Local Improvement Assessment By-law, 1977, No. 1507";

"Rindall Avenue Pavement, Extruded Concrete Curb, and Storm

Sewer Local Improvement Assessment By-law, 1977, No. 1508";

"Fraser Avenue Storm Sewer Local Improvement Assessment By-law,
1977, No. 1509";
AND WHEREAS it is required that a Frontage Tax Assessment Roll be

prepared by the Assessor for Frontage and Local Improvement Tax Purposes

and authenticated by the Court of Revision;

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Assessor for Frontage and
Local l.-rovement Tax Purposes prepare Frontage Tax Assessment Rolls with
respect to the above-noted Assessment By-laws;

AND ‘THAT the first sitting of the Court of Revision to consider and
deal with the said Frontage Tax Assessment Rolls be held at 4:30 p.m., on
Tuesday, March 22nd, 1977 at the Port Coquitlam City Hall, 2272 McAllister
Avenue, Port Coquitlam, B.C., and from time to time thereafter as may be

convenient and necessary.
