| EME CORPORATION OF THE CLIY OF TORT CORULTLAM BY-LAW NO. 1437 s UJ N C APR A By-law to stop up and close to traffic a portion of 65:19 - Street and Lane lying within and adjacent to Block 7, District Lot 288, Group One, New Westminster District and shown dedicated on Plan 2111 in the City of Port Coquitlam, WHEREAS pursuant to Subsection (1b) of Section 513 of the "Municipal Act" being Chapter 255 of the Revised Statutes of British Columbia, 1960 and amendments thereto, the Municipal Council may be by-law stop up and close to traffic a highway or any portion of a highway; AND WHEREAS the Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam deems it desirable and expedient that certain portions of highway hereinafter described be stopped up and closed to traffic; NOW THEREFORE the Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam, in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows: 1. All that portion of Davidson Street and Lane lying within and adjacent ‘to Block 7, District Lot 288, Group One, New Westminster District and shown dedicated on Plan 2111, which may be more particularly described as follows: All that portion of Pavidson Street and Lane lying within and adjacent to Block 7, District Lot 288, Group One, New Westminster District and shown dedicated on Plan 2111 shown outlined red on Plun prepared by W.E. Frith, B.C.L.S. and dated April 6th, 1976; a copy of which said plan is attached hereto; is hereby stopped up and closed to traffic. 2. This By-law moy be cited for all purposes as the "Daviuson Street, District Lot 288 Road Closure By-law, 1976, No. 1437".
