Land Sales

: Council may recall that when: the parcel of parkland lying between Fox Street
_and Lancaster was purchased, it was agreed that the City~owned 33 foot lots
adjacent to this land would be offered for sale.

The Committee has determined that there is approximately $20,000.00 to be
spent in completing the servicing for these sites before they are offered
for sale. -. |. ; ,

The Committee recommends that we proceed with the servicing of these sites
and that when completed they be offered for sale at an upset price of
“$16 5500.00 each. :
