Attached hereto please find a print of the above mentioned |
subdivision plan which Was submitted to the undersigned for final sub~
division approval. I am also attaching a copy of my memorandum dated
March 28th, 1974 for information.

The proposed Lot 84A does not comply with the frontage require—
ment of Section 712 (1) of the Municipal Act. I would request that you
place this proposed subdivision for Council's consideration in granting
an exemption from the frontage requirements as provided for in Section
712 €2) of the Municipal Act.

That the Subdivision Plan of Portions of District Lot 379, 463,
and 464, Group One, New Westminster District prepared by C.D. Underhill,
B.C.L.S., and sworn correct by him on May 16th, 1974, wherein Lot 84A is
created with a frontage .upon the highway of less than 1/10th of its
perimeter, be approved;

AND THAT the Plan of Subdivision aforesaid be exempted from the
minimum frontage prescribed under Section 712(1) of the Municipal Act and

the "City of Port Coquitlam Subdivision of Land By-law, 1970, No. 992",
