RE: Applications for Strata Subdivision:

1. 2127 - 2129 Central Avenue

2. 1602 ~ 1604 Knappen Street

Both of the above noted applications for strata subdivisions have received the
preliminary approval of Council and the owmers are in the process of complying
with the seven step City procedure in this regard,

We have now received the necessary subdivision plans from the surveyor and if
the Council are prepared to finally approve the two applications this evening
might we suggest that the following two resolutions be passed:

1. "That the strata plan of Lot 112, District Lot 289, Group 1, Plan 41423,
New Westminster District (2127 - 2129 Central Avenue) prepared by N.J. Dedeluk,
B.C.L.S8., and dated November 8th, 1973 be and the same is hereby approved;

District, Plan 41628 (1602 - 1604 Knappen Street) prepared by Walter E. Frith,
