Dixon Street to be widened on the east side to obtain a full road width of
10.5 metres curb to curb from Kingsway Avenue to the cul-de-sac complete
with barrier type curb and concrete sidewalk.

Watermain to be constructed on Dixon from Kingsway to the south property
line of tha development complete with fire hydrants and service
connections ss required.

A dedication of 3.0 metres for road and a corner cut-off ia required on
the east aide of Dixon.

No vehicular accesa to Kingsway to be permitted. (Note: Applicant has
