A Bylaw to authorize the lease on
a month to month basis of 2420 APR 16 1984

The Municipal Counci! of The Corporation of the City
of Port Coquitiam, in open meeting assembled, enacts as
follows:

1. The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City
of Port Coquitlam hereby leases unto Ms. Deane McKamey the
lands described in the Schedule tan attached hereto for the

period of time and on the terms and subject to the conditions
set out in the Lease attached hereto and marked Schedule "A".

2. , The Mayor and City Clerk of The Corporation of the

City of Port Coquitlam are hereby authorized to sign the said
Lease on behalf of the City and to affix the City's Corporate

Seal thereto.

3. This By!aw may be cited for al! purposes as the
"Rental Agreement (2420 Mary Hill Road) Authorization Bylaw,
1984, No.2035".
