BYLAW NO. 2719 "SEP 14 1992 A Bylaw to amend the "Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240" SEP 26 1994 The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam, in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows: 1. That certain parcel of land situated in Port Coquitlam, British Columbia which is more particularly described as: Those portions of: Parcel “A", Plan 66737; and Lot 9 Plan 68514; District Lots 168, 340, 341, and 344; Group 1; New Westminster District; shown included within the heavy outline on the plan annexed to this Bylaw as Schedule "A" and made a part hereof is hereby rezoned from RM~2 (Low Density Apartment) to RS-1 (Large Lot Residential) and the Zoning Map of the “Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240" 1s hereby amended to reflect this rezoning. This Bylaw may be cited for all purposes as "Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240, Amendment Bylaw, 1992, No. 2719".
