I would only like to state my approval to permit the construction of a retail mall complex. It is my personal opinion, that retail stores in this area would improve the access of shopping opportunities for residents especially in the area accoss Lougheed highway and for residents in our building on Cambridge Street in particular. Recently I was reading about the fact that a Saveway store would be one of the main tenants and I certaily hope it will become a fact. My hopes are also that the new mall complex would provide Improved transit access by providing bus stops for all major directions.
