Carried. Councillors Gordon and Keryluk voted against the resolution. UNFINISHED BUSINESS: From the City of North Vancouver, regarding Cooperative Housing Background Report. Moved by Councillor Wright: Secon by Councillor Thompson: That the Minister responsible for housing, Honourable Robin Blencoe, Minister of Municipal Affairs, Recreation and Housing, be urged to allocate a portion of the $18 Million revenue due to cancellation of the Renter’s Tax Credit to a cooperative housing program premised on income limits for occupant owners, io be developed in consultation with municipalities and other key players in the housing sector; And further that the Minister be requested to respond with a full status report on the recommendations made by the Commission on Housing Options; And that these resolutions be sent to the UBCM and GVHC for their endorsation.
