Avenue: a line along the west property lines of Lot A, Explanatory Plan 14752,
Remainder |, Plan 18473, and Lot B, Plan 18473 between Central Avenue and
the north property line of Lot 1, Plan 85273; and the center line of Mary Hill
Road between the north property line of Lot 1, Plan 85273 and Pitt River Road.

West: Center line of Reeve Street to the center line of Pitt River Road; northwest
property line of Rem. B, Plan 3811 and the northwest property line of Sk.
10139.

The boundaries noted above are shown on map "“Schedule"C" of the Official

Community Plan", as Development Permit Area VI and in the map "Development
Permit Area VI" which forms part of the Official Community Plan.

In addition. the Bylaw is amended by replacing “Development Permit Area VI" map with
the "Development Permit Area VI" map attached to and forming part of this bylaw.

The Bylaw is further amendment by amending Schedule "C" - Development Permit Areas
Map to reflect the revised boundaries.

This Bylaw may be cited for all purposes as the "Official Community Plan Amendment
Bylaw No. 42, 1993. No. 2790".

Read a first time by the Municipal Council and given an affirmative vote by the majority of all
members of the Council this 17th day of May, 1993.
