Engineering Department:

Ll. Storm sewer exists on Coquitlam, Flint and Suffolk. Storm sewer
Suffolk to be upgraded.

No upgrading of sanitary sewer required.

Existing watermains on Flint and Suffolk are 100 om diameter,
watermain on Coquitlam js 150 mm diameter. The new water connection
would have to be from Coquitlam Avenue. Upsizing of the main on
Flint may be required to meet fireflow demand.

Curb and gutter, sidewalk and half road conse ction required full
frontage on Suffolk Avenue. Curb and gutter <quired from Flint to
Lane on Coquitlam Avenue. Some upgrading may oe required ie: curb
and gutter to preeant standards on Flint Street. |

5. Street lights required on Suffolk and Coquitlam.

6. Lane to be upgraded to City standards of the full length of property.

Building Department:

The Building Department has conducted a preliminary review and we find our
concerns have been addresses by the applicant.

A Building Code review will be done: at the time of the Building Permit
application.

Parks and Recreation Department:

Landscaping to be approved by the Parks and Recreation Department.

Fire Department:

Alterations to the building to be approved by the B.C. Fire Commisaioner.
