SUBJECT: Sidewalk Re~Alignment at 1406 Pitt River Road

Mrs. Thompson, a resident of 1406 Pitt River Road has requested the
sidewalk adjacent to her property be realigned to match the new installation
along the Ben Arnold property.

A detailed estimate has been completed in the sum of $8,587.00 for the
sidewalk and restoration work.

Would you kindly bring this matter to the attention of the Public Works
Committee inorder to request the necessary funds to undertake the project.

Enclosed please find photographs of the area, one copy of three estimates
provided by the senior foremen.
