From the City Engineer, August 23rd, 1990 regarding Beaconcare Development

- Servicing Cost Sharing.

Seconded by Alderman Gates:

That Council approve the request from Civic Consultants Ltd. to award the
Contract for the installation of the services for Beaconcare Development
to TRS Construction Services Ltd.

That Council approve the allocation of the following amounts as the City's
share of the installation of trunk services to the Beaconcare Development:

ae $180,926.00 from the Tax Sale Reserve Fund for roadworks.

b. $10,320.00 from the Area No.3 Sewer DCC Reserve Fund and $1,680.00
from the Sewer Capital Reserve Fund for the sanitary sewer.

$4,200.00 from the Area No.3 Water DCC Reserve Fund and $2,800.00
from the Water Capital Reserve Fund.

Signs - Citadel. Heighrs.

That Council approve placement of new stop signs at the following

intersections:

at Fortress Drive for traffic entering Citadel Drive;
at Fortress Court for traffic entering Citadel Drive;
at Muskett Terrace for traffic entering Fortress Drive;
at Fortress Drive for traffic entering Fortress Court.

From the City Engineer, August 23rd, 1990 regarding Placement of Large

Street Signs at Major Intersections.

Seconded by Alderman Gates:

It is recommended that Council approve the installation of two large
street name signs on the existing metal traffic poles at the intersection
of Mary Hill Road and Pitt River Road, showing the location of the Mary
Hill Road intersection for traffic travelling along Pitt River Road.

It is recommended that Council allocate $300.00 from the 1990 Public Works
Capital Fund for these signs.
