AND THAT at a subsequent meeting the City Council adopt a resolution to permit the Zoning Bylaw No. 2240, Section 808 RM-4 Apartment Regulations. Subsection (5) Front Yard setback to be reduced from 7.5 meters to 5 meters (18 feet) for the ends of the two buildings and Subsection (7) Rear Yard setback to be reduced from 7.5 meters to 6.4 meters (21 feet). AND THAT at a subsequent meeting of City Council that a resolution be adopted to grant a variance to the Zoning Bylaw No. 2240, Section 801 (7) Rear Yard Setback from 7.5 meters to 7 meters for Lot 74, DL 341, NWLD, Plan 77579.
