Duncan, Chairman, Environmental Review Committee noting that the river foreshore on the wetted side of the dyke is considered to be highly productive fish and wildlife habitat and that the developer should be made aware that any foreshore initiatives which nay adversely affect the productivity of this habitat would not be favorably considered by the Committee during the course of the required FREMP review. The following people spoke regarding the proposed rezoning: Hr. Hoffart, 2259 Dewdney Trunk Road, Architect and Mr. Wallace, 1455 West Georgia of N.D. Lea Consultants Ltd., gave a general outline of the proposed development and spoke regarding a traffic study done for the area.
