WHEREAS the lands hereinafter described are not required fer uiunicipal
purposes nor are they reserved or dedicated;

NOW THEREFORE be it resolved thats:

Parcel "A" (Bylaw Plan 76519) Section 6, Township 40, New Westminster
District, Plan 19853 located north of 3590 Inverness Street be sold to
Brian R. LeRoux, R.R.#1, Quary Road, Port Coquitlam, B.C. at or for the
price or sum of $2,700.00.

Adjustment date be May 31st, 1988 or earlier.
Possession date be May 31st, 1988 or earlier.

Mayor and Clerk are authorized to execute the documents necessary for
the purpose aforesaid and to affix the Corporate Seal of the City thereto.

SUBJECT

To the consolidation of the property aforesaid with the property lying
immediately south thereof, being 3590 Inverness Street.

Company, Suite 440-2755 Lougheed Highway, Port Coquitlam, B.C. at or for
the price or sum of $630,000.00 upon the terms and conditions stated in
the tender call and restated in the offer to purchase dated March. 23rd,
