DRAFT RESOLUTION

WHEREAS the "Official Community Plan Amendment Bylaw No. 9, 1987, No. 2328"
received first two readings on December 24th, 1987;

THEREFORE it is now determined that the amendment to the Official Community
Plan proposed to be enacted by Bylaw No. 2328 does not affect the District of
Coguitlam, The Corporation of the District of Pitt Meadows, or the Greater
Vancouver Regional District.
