BYLAW NO. 2295

A Bylaw to amend the "Port Coquitlam
Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240%.

The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitiam, in open
meeting assembled, enacts as follows:

That certain parcel of land situated in Port Coquitlam, British Columbia which is
more particularly described as:

That area of Lot 51

Section 7

Township 40

Plan 38377

New Westminster District

As shown on Schedule "At hereof to be rezoned RS-2

is hereby rezoned fram RS=-3 (Estate Residential) to RS=2 (Smal | Lot Residential!)
and the Zoning Map of the "Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240" js hereby
amended to reflect this rezoning.

That certain parcel of land situated in Port Coguitiam, British Columbia which is
more particulariy described as:

That area of Lot 51

New Westminster District

As shown on Schedule "A" hereof to be rezoned P=1

is hereby rezoned from RS-3 (Estate Residential) to P-1 (Public Institutional)
and the Zoning Map of the "Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240" Is hereby
amended to reflect this rezoning.

That certain parcel of land situated in Port Coquitlam, British Columbia which fs
more particularly described as:

That area of Lot 51

As shown on Schedule "A" hereof to be rezoned RS=]

is hereby rezoned from RS~3 (Estate Residential) to RS~1 (Large Lot Residential)
and the Zoning Map of the "Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240" is hereby
amended to reflect this rezoning.

The area extent of the rezonings referred to in Section 1, Section 2, and Section
2 is shown as the attached Schedule "A" which js an integral part of this Bylaw,

This Bylaw may be cited for all purposes as the "Port Coquitlam Zening Bylaw,
1987, No. 2240, Amendment Bylaw, 1987, No. 2295",
