RESOLUTION:

"WHEREAS the lands hereinafter described are not required for.
municipal purposes nor are they reserved or dedicated;

NOW THEREFORE be it resoived that:

1. That part of District Lot 480, Group One, Plan 20844 shown
on Bylaw Plan 55855, New Westminster District, being 1634
Angelo Avenue, Port Coquitlam, 8.C. be sold by tender it a
bid acceptable to Councl! is received;

The City Clerk is hereby instructed and authorized to
publish and post the "Real Property for Sale By Tender"
Notice appearing in the Agenda documents of this Council |
meeting;

The terms and conditions contained therein are hereby
approved;

The City Clerk carry out the procedures set out therain.
Council reserves the right to accept any bid or to reject

all of the bids If Council! in its absolute discretion
determines that rejection is appropriate.
