THE CORPORATION OF THE CITY OF PORT COQUITLAM C ยข UJ N C , MEMORANDUM OCT 15: 1984 TO: B. Kirk, October 4, 1984 City Administrator FROM: F.E. Peters., P. Eng., City Engineer SUBJECT: Loading Zone for C & T Food Market - Works and Services Committee - October 2nd, 1984 RECOMMENDATION: That a 15-minute loading zone be installed on the east side of Flint Street along the frontage of C & T Food Market at 3020 Fiint Street. The owner of the C & T Food Market has complained that his loading door on Flint Street is often blocked because of vehicles parked all along his frontage. Since the market is across from Aggie Park and the Centennia! Pool, often these vehicies are parked for lengthy periods of time. He has requested a loading zone which would keep this area clear but would allow it to be used by deiivery trucks and his customers. The Committee agrees that this ts a valid request. City Engineer
