BYLAW NO. 2009

A Bylaw to amend the "City of Port
Coquitlam Sewer Rates Bylaw, 1964",

The Municipal Counci! of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam, in open
meeting assembled, enacts as fol lows:

Section 4 of Bylaw No. 752, cited as the "City of Port Coquitlam Sewer Rates
Bylaw, 1964" js repealed,

Schedule "A" of Bylaw No. 752 cited as the "City of Port Coquitlam Sewer Rates
Bylaw, 1964" as enacted by the "City of Port Coquitiam Sewer Rates Bylaw, 1964,
Amendment Bylaw, !982, No. 1926" is hereby deleted and Schedule "AN attached to
and forming part of this Bylaw is substituted therefor. a

This Bylaw shal! take effect, come into force, and be binding on all persons on
and from the First day of January, 1984, or on the date of its tinal adoption,
whichever date is later. : oo ;

This Bylaw may be cited for all purposes as. the "City. of Port Coquitlam Sewer
Rates Bylaw, 1964, Amendment Bylaw, 1983, No. 2009", :

Read a’ first time by the Municipal. Counci! this Twelfth day of December, 1983.
Read @ second time by the Municipal Counci! this Twelfth day of December, 1983,
Read a third time by the Municipal Council this Twelfth day of December, 1983,

Received the approval of the Minister of Municipal Affairs this day of
