On December 19, 1983 your Counci] approved a resolution agreeing to enter
into an agreement with. the Greater Vancouver Regional. District for the

At their meeting on January 26, 1984, the Managers/Administrators agreed
to recommend the agreement and Schedule A in their present form to:
