An underlying goal of this report is to bring together the
policies of the City of Port Coquitlam for downtown, flood
protection, major roads and development of Reeve Street

Park.

Construction of the Reeve Street park facilities, is to be

staged over time according to the ability to finance their

construction and need -for recreation facilities. It is

hoped that provincial government participation can be

obtained for the road building and dike construction

elements of the park.
