A regular meeting of the Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam was held in the Council Chambers, Port Coquitlam City Hall, 2272 McAllister Avenue, Port Coquitlam, B.C. on March 30th, 1981 at 7:30 p.m. His Worship Mayor G.R. Laking, Aldermen M.D. Gates, J.J. Keryluk, E.W. Mabbett, A.K. Muldoon, L.M. Traboulay and M.R. Wright in attendance. Also in attendance were Chief Administrative Officer L.D. Pollock, City Clerk R.A. Freeman, City Engineer F.E. Peters, P. Eng., Assistant City Engineer L. Melnechenko, P. Eng., City Planner L. Lee, City Treasurer J.G.S. Maitland, Fire Chief W.S. Wingrove, Deputy Fire Chief J.N. Boileau, Works & Utilities Superintendent G.W. Ulmer and Special Projects Engineer John Cairns. CONFIRMATION OF MINUTES: Moved by Alderman Gates: Seconded by Alderman Mabbett: That the minutes of the regular meeting of this Council held on March L6th, 1981 be taken as read and adopted. Carried. DELEGATION: The City Clerk advised that, despite previous arrangements, repre- sentatives of Olympic Signs Ltd. did not appear to be in attendance at the Council meeting to discuss the proposed sign for “Little Billy's" Restaurant. BY-LAWS: Moved by Alderman Traboulay: Seconded by Alderman Gates: That By-law No. 1809 be reconsidered, finally passed adopted. Carried. Moved by Alderman Traboulay: Seconded by Alderman Gates: That By-law No. 1810 be reconsidered, finally passed and adopted. Carried.
