NOTICE

BUNTINCTON RUBSER MILLS OF CANADA LIMITED,

YOU ARE HEREBY KOTEFIED that on the day of

1979, the Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port

Coquitian authorized the demolition and renoval by you of the buildings,
structures or things located on that parcel of Land in the City of Pert
foquitlan, ia the Province of British Columb{a, and more particularly
known, and described as Lot 90 of District Lot 379, Group 1, Plan 49390,
New Westminster District, within the period of tine hereinafter mentioned.

AND TEAT IN DEFAULT of such denolition and xenoval by you within
such period of tine, the said Municipal Council has authorized the
Sex.tor Building Inspector, together with worknen enployed by the City of
Port Coquitiaz, to enter upon the hereinbefore described parcel or tract
of land and to denolish the said buildings, structures or things ‘Vocated
thereon, and such dezclition shall be done at your expense aad the charges
for so doing, if unpaid by the owmers on the Thirty-first day of December,
shall be added to and form part of the taxes payable in respect of that
land as taxes in arrears.

YOU ARE FURTHER NOTIFIED that the work of cenolition ant renoval of
the ssid buildings, structures or things shall be carried cct and conpleted
by- you within the pericd of Thirty (30) days from the service of this
Notice upon you and that in default by you to complete such work within
such period the work of demolition will be carried out by the Senior
Buflding Inspector at any time after the expiration of Thirty (30) days

from the service of this Notice upon you.

it given pursuant to Section 715 of ‘the "Municipal Ace” Chopter 255,

R.S.8.C. 1960 as amended.
