BY-LAW NO. 1574 Ww C 1977 soe ty 44 i HA . mm THE CORPORATION OF THE CITY OF von, aw) THAMH Y . 2: A By-law to extend the boundaries of that part -of the Coquitlam Dyking District now deemed to be a specified area under the provisions of Division (2) of Part XVI of the "Municipal Act”, the “Drainage and Dyking Adjustment and Repeal Act, 1965", and Order in Council No: WHEREAS that portion of the former Coquitlam Dyking District located within the boundaries of the Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam _and ‘the assets, rights, claims, obligations, and lfabilities of that portion have been transferred to the Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam pursuant to the provisions of Section 526A of the "Municipal Act", the "Drainage and Dyking Adjustment and Repeal Act, 1965", and Order in Council No. and is now, pursuant to the said Section : 526A, deemed to be a specified area under the provisions of Division (2) of Part XVI of the "wundetpal Act's ‘ oo ‘AND WHEREAS the Council may extend the boundaries of a specified ‘area by By-law approved by the Minister of Municipal Affairs and Housing - pursuant to Section 618 of the “Municipal Act"; ; AND WHEREAS the Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam deems it: désirable and expedient to extend the said specified area to ) include the entire City within the said specified areas : : NOW THEREFORE the Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam, in open meeting assembled,. enacts as follows: 1. The specified area under the provisions of Division (2) of Part XVI of the "Mundetpal Act" formed pursuant to the provisions of Section 526A of the "Municipal Act", the "Drainage. and Dyking Adjustment and Repeal Act, 1965", and Order in Council No. is hereby extended and enlarged” to include within its boundaries all tend; including land covered by , water, within the Corporate limits of the City of Port Coquitlam in order that the boundaries of the said specified area and the boundaries of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam shall be contiguous. 2.
