shall add a further sum of five percentun (5%) of the amount then remaining
unpaid, and the said Unpaid taxes together with the amounts added as aforesaid
‘shall from the respective dates aforesaid be deemed to be the amount of the
current year's taxes due upon such land or improvements. All amounts added as
aforesaid to the taxes under this section shall, when collected, form Part of .
