slide by and we

plexities of aging. -

Our hair grays, skin loosens
and wrinkles, .muscles - lose
strength and tone, we carry
more body fat and suffer. with
geucral aches and pains while
shuffling with complacency. -

STOP!!

Come climb on the time ma-
chine and arrest the aging pro-
cess, even reverse part oF it.

Take a firm grip, because
with every minute of conscious
effort we can enhance cur
bodics through proper eating
habits and a good exercise
regime.

Pedal, walk, dance or play to
crank back those hands of
time.

Time can be harsh or friend:

The club has been busy over the
summer with out Patch skaters
and coaches traveling back and
forth to Kitimat for summer ice
sessions.

We've also been busy fundrais-
ing for our travel expenses to the
Cariboo North Central regionals
being held in Prince George Nov.
