V3C 2A8 Dear 3ir or Madams Ret Proposed Zoning Amendment Bylaw No- 2Oyvg I would like this letter presented as a written submission of my objection to the above proposed development. Down town Port Coqutlam’s density is already far too high. We are overcrowded with bottle-neck situations getting in and out of town. There is a serious traffice delay at Shaughnessy and Lougheed every rush hour. A new Bailey Bridges will not make a great deal of difference. 4e are already short of parking spaces. Please no more apartments in the down town area. Yours tray, Eisen Drath Eileen Martin
