(8) Height of Buildings: (a) The height of principal buildings shall not exceed 30 meters (98.43 feet); (ii) The height of accessory buildings shall not exceed 4.5 meters (15 feet). Building Footprint: Means the horizontal area produced by a vertical projection of the outside cf the outermost walls of a building. a measurement of development intensity on a lot, expressed as area ratio, lot area per dwelling unit, or unit density. Finished Grade: Means the average elevation of the perimeter of a building, or a structure at its intersection with the ground, excluding underground entrances. Indoor Recreation Areas: Means a building ox a portion of a building specifically designed to accomodate meetings or recreational activities and available for use by all occupants of a residential complex. Lot Area Per Dwelling Unit: Means the minimum amount of lot surface area, required for each dwelling unit on a lot.
