SUBJECT: Development Variance Permit No. 21/89
for Townhouse Project along Confederation Drive.

RESOLUTION:

That as recommended by the Director of Community Planning in hts

memorandum of April 19th, 1989 that a Voluntary Development Variance Permit be
issued to Lot 13, D.L. 34, Group 1 NWLD Plan 79870 relaxing the requirements
of the Zoning Bylaw No. 2240, Section 807 RM~3 Townhouse, Section (6) and (8)

Front and Rear yards and Bylaw 2242 Section B.

BACKGROUND AND COMMENTS:

Pursuant to instructions issued by the Council at its meeting of May
ist, 1989 the owners and residents of property surrounding the subject
property have been advised that Council are considering issuance of this

Voluntary Development Variance Permit at its meeting of May 29th, 1989,
Accordingly, at this time written or verbal submissions should be considered
by the Council and a decision reached as to whether or not the Development

Variance Permit should be issued.
