A regular meeting of the Municipal Council of the Corporation of The City
of Port Coquitlam was held in the Council Chambers, Port Coquitlam, B.C. on
Monday, January 30, 1989, at 7:30 pon.

His Worship Mayor L.M. Traboulay, Aldermen M.C. Farnworth, J.J. Keryluk,
JW. Stewart, and M.R. Wright in attendance.

Also in attendance were City Administrator B.R. Kirk, City Clerk R.A.
Freeman, City Engineer T.M. Chong, City Treasurer J.G. Maitland, and Director
of Community Planning W.A. Brown.

UNFINISHED BUSINESS:

From the City Clerk, January 30th, 19388 regarding Supermailboxes.

That the present Council Policy of not permitting the installation of
Supermailboxes in the City of Port Coquitlam be ratified and confirmed.

BYLAWS:

Moved by Alderman Gates
Seconded by Alderman Keryluk:

That the “Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240, Amendment Bylaw,
1988, No. 2397" be reconsidered, finally passed and adopted.

Seconded by Alderman Gates:

That the "Reeve Street Park Road Exchange Bylaw, 1989, No. 2405" be
reconsidered, finally passed and adopted.
Carried.

Alderman Kerylux introduced a ylaw to stop up and close to traffic a
portion of road shown dedicated on Plan 1959, District Lot 28°, Grov. One, New
Westminster District in the City cf Port Coquitlam.
